has been incarcerated as an adult for TWO YEARS, from his 14th to his 16th birthday....

WELCOME to Brent's website!  Please refer your friends, family, acquaintances and associates to this site for information about THE JUSTICE SYSTEM IN ARIZONA AS IT PERTAINS TO CHILDREN.  You'll find links to a variety of informational sites, including some we will no longer advocate, but which may work for your cause.  We found most of them because they either refused to help us, or else their hands are tied by the JUSTICE systemWE are Brent's FAMILY--not just his mom, dad, brother--but also his friends, Staff, fellow Young Marines and Boy Scouts, and even citizens who didn't know Brent before, but have chosen to help his FAMILY fight the INJUSTICES he's suffered as a

juvenile in the adult judicial system.

This is our committed "crusade" to ensure that children be dealt with fairly and ethically in Arizona, to assist middle-of-road, average-American families who are without support, resources or crisis guidance, attempting to deal ethically with persons who would rather destroy the lives of rehabilitable children than attempt to turn their lives around.  PLEASE join us in this venture to CORRECT the treatment of children in trouble, before the entire population of teens and toddlers ends up behind bars.

Brent commited a crime: he ALSO owned up to his actions immediately and accepted responsibility.  We accept punishment as a consequence of his choice-- but believe the punishment is unduly severe and detrimental to rehabilitative purposes.  If the law can put him somewhere he shouldn't be, then they can move him to elsewhere where he can receive appropriate rehabilitative services, and correct that mistake.  That is where this mission begins: true courage comes from admitting one's mistakes and correcting them: that also applies to the County Prosecutor's Office as an entity.

THIS CAN HAPPEN TO ANY CHILD YOU KNOW!
